PAIRED CONJUCTION
Definition
A paired conjuction (such as not only……….but also) that links balances words, phrases and clauses. The elements connected by correlative conjunctions are usually paralel that is, similiar in length and grammatical form.
These are primary correlative conjunctions in English:
o Both ……… and
o Either …….or
o Neither ……..not
o Not……… but
o Not only….. but also
